Like every workplace, it seems Parliament is grappling with the negative consequences of the Supreme Court ruling and EHRC advice on sex and gender. Far from creating ‘clarity’, we are now seeing clearly that they are making day-to-day life difficult and humiliating for trans people.

If my (very limited!) understanding of Occam's Razor is correct, then I think Trump, Musk, Starmer, Reeves, Meloni, Macron, Putin, etc aren't evil geniuses.
They really are just stupid.
And we let them get away with it.
