Ah sorry. Pop albums don’t get more perfect than that, including the title track. And the soundtrack is a big reason I pause on the movie when channel surfing thinking I’ll watch just one number and end up staying through the whole thing

I still think that Britney had the more important (and generally higher quality) body of work both at that moment and looking back retrospectively. Xtina would eventually forge her own path, but her career and image in 1999 was very influenced by the long shadow cast by Britney’s debut.
