First it was the Twitter exodus, and now, hopefully, it will be the Facebook exodus.
Ms Frizzle got an OnlyFans I guess.

I know this has been positioned as JD saying “respect Tr*mp or else” but … looking at the actual quote, is he wrong? You win over Tr*mp by kissing his ass.

Bad news, but now maybe a slightly greater chance of the only correct next step for the franchise: campy throwback origin story featuring Tom Holland as a young spy learning his way in the world of international espionage.

About every 30 seconds my jaw dropped. The admissions that crypto has no value and that insider fraud is essential for crypto to be valuable are WILD.
I know next to nothing about crypto but this is fascinating. Watch and have all your suspicions about crypto confirmed.
An interview with Hayden Davis, one of the 4 scumbags that ran the Argentinian LIBRA crypto disaster.

It's always fun to see posts on Hacker News about things like the Humane acquisition. Serial "founders" are all "Wow congrats to the team!" while everyone else is like "the product was a complete failure on every level."

Founder culture means the two are not mutually exclusive.

My personal theory about #Severance is that it’s the origin story of The Matrix, specifically in the universe of The Office. The AI developed from corporate ERP and similar AI tools Michael Scott brought in to show off.

Everybody needs to take one day per week, the same day, together, and talk about something ELSE. Talk about sports or dogs or mountains or laptops. Just remember the world, and don’t spend all of it talking about the worst parts of it.

I liked Veilguard. It's funny, charming, the action is about what you'd expect, the settings are satisfying, the writing is good.

But it has empowered women and a nonbinary character, so I guess it has to be terrible.

Maddy Myers does the legwork of comparing Veilguard numbers to other comparables from the same year. Spoilers: If EA thought they were going to sell 3 million copies they were just stupid.
Did Dragon Age: The Veilguard undersell or face unrealistic expectations?

TIL "The Sound of Music" is based on real people. I don't think I've seen the movie, but I just imagine it all about Julie Andrews as a helicopter.

I love this time of year when work meetings kick off with #SuperBowl banter as if everyone knows what is going on. I don’t know who is playing and I just found out when it is about 15 minutes ago.

He has a statue in the US Capitol too.

I have it on good authority that the gorilla rancor creature in the #Jurassic World Rebirth trailer is the "This is a UNIX system!" actress who was the victim of a terrible genetic experiment. Not her character from JP. The actress. Totally meta.

I don’t understand how West Point can disband cadet cultural clubs. It’s a freedom of association issue. How can the school say that, say, women cadets and those interested in issues faced by women cadets can’t have an organized presence? Feels like massive overreaction.
