Anyways my brother went to China and took a picture of this nice dog.
Can’t wait to move though.

Found more details on the old movie theaters where I live. I wasn't clear on the first theater if it were for movies or like... plays. But it was indeed a movie theater for silent pictures.

There was even someone who worked there who would trigger sound effects! Like birds chirping or whatever.

Clair Obscur looks like a beautiful game that’s still high on my list of games to play at some point, but I’m not sure if I’ll monetarily support it anymore when that time comes… also it’s indie?

Minimal use means it’s still used, sure it was removed but it’s still part of the production process…

Itch.io sale recommendation thread! Here's a thread of some really cool games on Itch, some which aren't on Steam, and the site takes a much smaller cut that Steam as well!

First I want to recommend Indiepocalypse, a monthly anthology zine featuring many experimental indie games every month!

Thinking about one of my first ever electronic shows and it was at a smaller venue and there were these older heads there - I was only like 19 or 20 but this group were in there 30s - maybe even like 40 for one guy. And they were gettin down. And I was… mostly rigid as plank.

Got some good plant based kicks and I’m just so super happy about it. I am fucked up from my roosts. Fucked up.

“Experiences.”

“Alternatives.”

This is still somewhat teetering in the language and realm of products!

I did not sleep at all really last night but among the first of thoughts I had as dawn just began to break were that I wanted to hug a rooster for 5 whole minutes.

$1 million dollars to be part of gamings yearly humiliation ritual by the rest of the entertainment industry
It now reportedly costs over $1M to buy a 3-minute trailer at #TheGameAwards

Many nominated studios only get offered two tickets to attend

Still a guy in my headphones, alone, spacing out to electronic music, in the same place. I didn’t have an adapter for a while. I forgot how much this is or was a part of my outfit on a daily basis.

A lot of professional writers were obsessed for so long with this idea that the main character needs to have a trauma that will be fixed during the narrative and the miss the joy of "protagonist who was right all along and it's the rest of the world who needs to catch up".

Still though

You sometimes can’t shake the feeling that you’re being looked down upon for the basic things you like, like a medium… and interacting with it.

I was going to say, “unfinished classics” but that sounded kind of lame and annoying to look at, like player’s choice/greatest hits editions of games for my backlog. Or some label on incredibly dense looking and difficult to read literary classics at a bookstore.
