This is Dorothy. She was pregnant with a single puppy and needed an emergency C-section. Tragically, her puppy didn't survive. The same day, five puppies were surrendered to her rescue, and she stepped up for them. Help us cover this loving mama's emergency care below ❤️‍🩹
