Hydnellum peckii 🍄📷🧪🦠 is a spectacular fungus when young, as it produces the pictured red guttation drops. These are thougt to be the result of excess water and nutients being transportet to the growing fruiting body. The guttation drops disappear in mature fruiting bodies. #fungifact
