Had a rotisserie chicken in the fridge and lord knows I won’t need leftover poultry this week so in it go.

Using chickpeas pumps the fiber and protein up and I use much less cream so this ends up being high sodium but nutrient dense.

Got all the required reps. Did the 20 rep squat as soon as I got warm which helped a lot instead of saving to the end.

Day 2 of the Monolith looks like it will be the most fun of the 3. The 100 rep exercise is curls, which seems a damn sight easier than 100 dips, chin-ups, and facepulls on day 1.
