Die Fakten widerlegen dies sehr eindeutig: nie wurde in Deutschland mehr gearbeitet als in den vergangenen Jahren, die geleisteten Arbeitsstunden haben einen Höhepunkt erreicht. Deutsche sind also nicht faul geworden, sie teilen sich die Arbeit lediglich anders auf.

Die soziale Ungleichheit ist sehr wohl ein Thema im Bundestagswahlkampf, allerdings mobilisieren einige der Parteien gegen die sozial schwächeren Gruppen und wollen letztlich mit massiven Steuergeschenken für Besserverdienende die Ungleichheiten weiter vergrößern.

Es gelingt manchen Politikern das Narrativ zu setzen, verletzliche Gruppen seien Schuld an den Problemen unserer Zeit und versuchen diese systematisch gegeneinander auszuspielen. Kein Bürger und keine Bürgerin wird durch diesen #Populismus bessergestellt, sondern er schwächt Deutschland erheblich.

Die #Energiepolitik der Ampel war besser als ihr Ruf. Große Baustellen gibt es bei der sozialverträglichen CO₂-Bepreisung und der effizienten Energienutzung. Die nächste Regierung sollte an dem Kurs festhalten und die Chancen der #Energiewende besser kommunizieren. www.diw.de/de/diw_01.c....
