11,900 apartments, 500k sq ft retail, 500 hotel rooms in 13 towers between 35 & 50 stories on 19 acres of land at Bayonne's Military Ocean Terminal..I have my doubts this will ever make it off the drawing board, but the plans by "Shree Lakshmi Vardayini Urban Renewal" are truly pharaonic in scale.
