... and Andy Jassy is in. Jassy used to head AWS, Amazon Web Services. While this cloud-computing giant makes a fraction of the revenue of Amazon's retail ops, it actually brings in more profit. To Jassy retail is the past and the cloud is the future. Focus on the customer is gone.
