So Trump is describing his convo with Shienbaum as 'friendly' and it was a good talk with Trudeau, who he's belittled constantly for weeks.

I love my country, 🇺🇸, enough to not decry a foreigner speaking truth about her—any more than I would laud a fellow American speaking falsehoods about her.
This is a speech worth watching, and is probably infinitely kinder than Trump deserves. I am ashamed at how he is treating Canada.
