US Envoys arrived today and are pleading with our leaders to refrain from imposing retaliatory tariffs. We initially denied their pleas until their ambassador returned wearing a suit and thanked us for existing.

I decided to read “Flamer” by Mike Curato since it’s in the top 10 most-challenged books list (www.ala.org/bbooks/frequ...). This page broke my heart. LGBTQ+ kids deserve to know they are LOVED and that they MATTER. The front of this book says “This book will save lives.” It will. Read this book 🏳️‍🌈

We apologize to our Ukrainian supporters. We are embarrassed by how our president and vice president have behaved. We are fighting to redeem the soul of America. 🇺🇸

Trump berates Zelensky, the leader of a democratic country courageously fighting Russian imperialism, while he allies himself with Putin, a dictator who started the bloodiest European war in 80 years.

Sorry, President Trump. We believe in democracy, not authoritarianism.

OH MY GOD MAKE IT STOP. Every day it’s SOMETHING. The United States is a god damn dumpster fire and I’m so fucking tired of waking up to read that the Cheeto has pushed away all of our allies, made our poor people poorer, and excused the actions of literal rapists. I’m so over it.

Reposting this for myself for later, but feel free to read the comments yourself too! Lots of good suggestions in here 💕
Other than boycotting businesses and calling representatives, have you found solid ways to resist the regime? I want to do more but I’m struggling on deciding what that “what” should be.

This gave me so much hope. Thank god people are standing up to this administration, even in a deeply red district 👏🏻
🤯🙌🏼 Phenomenal GA Constituent! Pls share!

"Tyranny is rising in the White House. A man has declared himself our king.

The people would like to know what you, Congressman, are going to do to rein in the megalomaniac in the WH."

Americans need to wake up & inject this indignation into their veins!

I have solved Bird Flu. Give the chickens ivermectin. Have the chickens practice Earthing. The problem with their immune systems is they are not touching the soil enough. Coffee enemas for all chickens. Also we must stop reading them Ibram X. Kendi. Eggs will be back and most importantly not gay.

First nuclear weapons management, now this. No one - Democrat or Republican - voted for this kind of incompetence.
NEW: The USDA acknowledged that over the weekend, it accidentally fired "several" agency employees who are working on the federal government's response to the H5N1 avian flu outbreak.

The agency adds it is trying to quickly reverse the firings.
USDA says it accidentally fired officials working on bird flu and is trying to rehire them
In a statement, an Agriculture Department spokesperson told NBC News that officials are "working to swiftly rectify the situation."

I am so tired. There’s something new and terrible in the news every single day, millions of people affected by shit policies, and a government that doesn’t fucking care about any of its citizens. I just want to live in a world where I don’t have to worry about every person every second of every day.

Yes, this administration is dangerous and cruel, but they are also shockingly dim and incompetent.

Opportunities are everywhere.

Make everything as hard as possible. Resist every demand. Refuse entry without a warrant. Don’t take the buyout. Their problem solving skills are 📉
