I've limited heavily, and actually enjoy my social media now because I largely see stuff from people and sources I want to see.

I've wiped Threads, Reddit and largely Instagram. I'm down to occasional checking once a day or so on the rest.

It's really helped 💜

That all the harassment I received was grounded in someone else trying to feel safe made no difference to my nervous system. It was indistinguishable from malice.

That's how I know online callouts aren't ever going to keep us safe.
