Pomegranate molasses can be tricky to find, but it's so worth it. When you make gravy for roast dinner a splosh of it transforms everything. There's no going back....

My favourite glaze coating is:
Pomegranate molasses
1st class honey
Worcester sauce
Dijon mustard
Olive oil
Really good tomato ketchup
Balsamic vinegar
Whisk together
get it thick & sticky.
Coat everything in it and marinade, then roast on a foil covered baking tray.
Mmmm-mmmm
