So Rs right now are assaulting our health care system, raising prices on everything, exploding the deficit, throwing people in gulags, cutting off food assistance to 42m despite a court order and now threatening not to pay federal workers money they are clearly owed. Villains they are.

As I watched the opening ceremony, I was, once again, struck by the contrast between the national anthems of Canada and the US. Rather than inspiration drawn from war, bombs, and rockets, the Canadian anthem praises the beauty of their land and the love its citizens have for it and each other.

I cannot wait for these goons to all get the justice that is coming to them.
I think protests without consequences are largely ineffective, but hopefully stuff like this will help show that it’s not a bunch of scary left-wing militias, but simply just pissed-off Americans doing the most American and patriotic thing possible - speaking truth to power

The craziest thing I have seen in regards to the president threatening to send the US military to Chicago are all of the comments and reply guys saying “do it!“ And “send them in! Chicago needs it!“ Like what the fuck kind of country are we living in where people encourage that? This place blows.
