Pikes hair is awesome, especially when they make fun of it.

I’m going to keep repeating this until I will it into existence. Get Craig Federighi of Apple a guest spot on SNW where he runs into Pike in a turbolift and they admire each other’s hair.

Apple also pokes fun at Federighi’s hair.

The Christmas tree this year. My wife is from the Philippines and they’re serious about Christmas decorations. They start in September. 😯

We wait much later than that. 😉

No he wasn’t you ass. He was elected to best represent the people in his riding. And clearly they aren’t being represented by slogans and rage farming.

I found the smallest penis in BC and I didn’t even need a magnifying glass to do so.

Repost:

I always see this comment and it’s not true. Apple has the longest support of anyone.

The SE was released in 2016 and received software updates until this year. That’s 9.5 years of updates. The Pixel/XL and Galaxy S7 released in the same year only got 3/4 years of updates. Not even close.

False equivalency. Google or Meta tracking are orders of magnitude worse than Apple.

Practically every website on the planet will have Google and Meta trackers embedded (along with other companies). Apple doesn’t use website trackers.

Here’s some of the 79 (yes, 79) trackers used at Forbes.

QTP with an album you’d rate a perfect 10/10.

Time for a repost:

I wonder what these two think now?
December 4, 2025 at 8:24 PM
Myth. They have the longest support of anyone. The iPhone SE was just marked obsolete. 7 versions of iOS and 3 extra years of security updates for over 9 years of support.

The Pixel/XL and Galaxy S7 released the same year as the SE only got support to 2019/2020 respectively.

True: Numerous other companies/Apps were caught listening to your iPhone microphone when iOS 14 came out.

Apple introduced a feature where an orange or green dot would appear if the mic or camera is active. When the iOS 14 beta hit developers 100’s of Apps were suddenly exposed as accessing the…

The start to a great turkey dinner. Grandma’s 80+ year old recipe for stuffing. No raisins, apples, peaches, bacon, fat or any other unnecessary ingredient to fancy up a perfectly good basic dish.

Onions, celery, butter and seasoning.

Making an extra large batch because…

Don’t trust a quad lock mount that uses 3M adhesive to attach to your phone. Cleaned my Pixel 8 Pro thoroughly and applied the lock as per directions.

Riding over the Second Narrows bridge at 30km/h when my phone detaches from my scooter and skids along the path. 🤬😡

A vehicle with damage to the rear and a crash. So the motorcycle ran into the vehicle. My guess is the vehicle was changing lanes and got surprised by a fast approaching motorcycle that wasn’t there when they first shoulder checked.

Unfortunately I see this all the time. Just a few days ago…

These writers often confuse me. Like this quote:

I’ve seen this comment about EVs several times. I’m curious where they get their numbers. From a region with dirt cheap gas prices and sky-high electricity prices?

I’ve ran the numbers here and we’ll save almost $4-5K per year and pay back the…

Finally decided which scooter I wanted and ordered the Apollo Phantom 2.0. Yes it’s a larger scooter and a bit pricey, but for my longer commute it’ll work great. I plan to rack up a lot of mileage on this.

#Apple #iPhone

Tomorrow Apple will announce the new iPhone and likely several other products.

Besides the usual discourse the most important announcement will be the prices.

Does Apple increase prices due to tariffs, absorb tariffs to hold prices the same or split the difference somehow?

The EU is clueless. Their reason is to reduce e-waste (chargers).

For example, iPhones came with USB-C to Lightning cables so they ALREADY worked with USB-C chargers. Switching to USB-C didn’t change anything except make existing Lightning cables e-waste.

Just read this nonsense from the EU:
