When we flip Congress, another thing we need to put on the to-do list to demand is that Congress removes immunity from law enforcement officers. They need to be held accountable. And if their actions are lawful, they have nothing to worry about it.

ICE only has about 20-30,000 employees nationwide. Including desk jobs so there's even fewer armed. It's smaller than the NYPD.
There's a reason they do their mega raids on one or two cities at a time, and it's not optics. It's because that's all the dudes they've got.
