Yes. In the 80s they rallied when Reagan was moving to deport Cubans, then they showed solidarity with Nicaraguans, which is a big reason why so many Nicaraguans are still here. Those days are over. The only thing almost anyone cares about is domestic US politics, even when it's foreign policy.
