Yes, however I believe Putin is blackmailing Trump. At the very least, Trump is indebted to Putin on several fronts. I think Trump plans to give Putin Ukraine. This could cause a major escalation in the War(s) Europe/NATO would help Ukraine, but which side will Trump take? This remains to be seen.
