Our school doesn't use grade level benchmarks anymore. My kid has struggled since Kindergarten with reading despite intense home and school intervention and is now starting to make a lot of progress but I can't get the school to tell me where he is vs his grade level for reference.

Yup PVT Snuffy a this months war fighter exercise and PVT Smith next month's exercise is not conducive to quality results. One of my main gripes with AFWERX or UON type equipment is it always fell to the unit to train and utilize.

You mean to tell me using operational units for test and eval detracts from their time to do training for the missions and shortuns the DOTmLPF-P process to fully resource the organize, trian and equip piece?
