On Trump’s second day in office he:
1. Fired the head of the Transportation Security Administration
2. Fired the entire Aviation Security Advisory Committee
3. Froze hiring of all Air Traffic Controllers
4. Fired 100 top FAA security officers

Trump’s pause of domestic funds and his stop to foreign aid last week are both unconstitutional and illegal acts. Congress should ‘check’ Trump’s power by saying no and releasing all money.

No. The Medicaid portals were shut down because the OMB demanded they be. They’re only back up because of the outcry. I’d tell you to stop lying but we know that’s a feature of this administration.

Hegspeth is confirmed. Now What? He has no idea how to manage the Pentagon. So he is going to be dependent on his direct reports. Most of which require confirmation.

The Dems have to use whatever political skills they have to get qualified, rational people in these positions ?

Suggestions ?

The "never war" POTUS has now called on invading Mexico, annexing Canada and Greenland, and seizing the Panama Canal.

BTW, our control of the canal ended in 1999 and is now Panama's not ours.

So, we would have to SEIZE it.

Earlier this week, there was a bipartisan agreement to keep the government open.

Elon Musk killed it. Trump followed his lead.

Now they're demanding we cut childhood cancer research funding & raise prescription drug costs for seniors. I voted NO on this unserious proposal.

After 8 years of searching, it seems the GOP has found Trump’s demagogic predecessor in Musk. Problem is, he can’t run as president. We are about to see what money can buy in politics.

Donald Trump trying to blame President Biden for the incompetent leadership in the Republican-controlled House after him and his overlord Elon Musk killed the government funding bill is utterly pathetic.

Setting aside Musk is a private citizen - his autonomy and influence outside Trump should lead to more questions about Trump’s cognitive state. What other president or almost president would allow a non-official to become involved? Maybe it’s because Trump is impaired and malleable.

Yesterday, he decided to use his influence to convince House Republicans to shut down the government

As a result, TSA agents will be required to report to work over the holidays WITHOUT PAY

ABC News had a very strong case on the merits (“we just used the same word the presiding judge used”)

They have the in-house lawyers and deep pockets to fight it.

They folded anyway.

They didn’t need to announce the settlement sum. But apparently they wanted everyone to see their capitulation.
JUST IN: A day after Trump and George Stephanopoulos were ordered to appear for depositions, they settled the case.

ABC has agreed to make a $15 million contribution to Trump presidential museum/foundation and air an apology for mischaracterizing the E. Jean Carroll verdict.

Your #vote is important, however, it can’t be changed. There’s always mid-terms - although it may be too late…if we can ever vote again?

The FELON does NOT have a landslide or a mandate!

It’s a PLURALITY, less than a majority!

His margin is 1.6% which is 44th out of 51 elections since 1824.

This is the narrowest margin for an R since 1968, excluding the 2xs Rs lost the popular vote & won the Electoral College.

36% didn’t vote.
