Most of the way through Walter Isaacson’s biography of Musk. Biggest takeaway: he has a brilliant mind for engineering but has deluded himself into thinking this means he knows how to “engineer” everything. Also a sad example of what happens to an autistic kid with an abusive parent.

I enjoyed repairing this hand-knit Christmas stocking for my friend. My mom actually knit these for her as a wedding present years ago. Last year her dog chewed a hole near the toe. The needlepoint yarn I got to darn the hole doesn’t match perfectly but it works. 🧶

I’m crocheting a coral reef - not sure if it’ll ultimately be a sculpture or a wall hanging. I just know I’m having a blast making the individual pieces. 🪸 🧶
