I believe they will have 5 primary job specialization groups.
1.) Software engineer (builder)
2.) Product Manager (leader)
3.) Data Expert (quality/governance)
4.) Systems Engineer (architect/tester)
5.) Business SME (requirements)

Every government employee that DOGE illegally fired who gets reinstated likely lost their access. It takes MONTHS/YEARS to get access to info in the govt. That equates to millions of dollars of lost productivity.
One example is the CFPB.
