This was obvious, long-term devestating impact on our economy & security, but Corporare Media frames the discussion on short-term revenue (small) & trade balance (worse) & manufacturing (down), ignoring these much larger long-term impact.

All three things cited in subheading are absurd: Trump paramilitary’s key impact is not at border but in terrorizing US, Trump’s foreign policy will not be known for Gaza but his capitulation of US to foreign authoritarians who shower him with riches, his trade is not upending anything other than US

Corporate Media provides isolated coverage of Trump’s corruption, ignorance, authoritarianism, incompetence, but day-in-day-out they paint a portrait of a president, just like any other president, sanely in charge of the US. But dude is a psycho and they know it.

Guaranteed the vast majority of Americans would assume this Christmas message was fake, because they could not concieve that the person Corporate Media normalizes every day was this obviously disturbed.

Would be nice if, for once, the “harsh truth” everyone “needed to hear” was that universal healthcare would lower US’ overall healthcare costs, provide better health outcomes, increase productivity & happiness of Americans, and does not threaten high-end healthcare for rich. Classic Win-Win-Win-Win.
