This is my reminder that readers whining sometimes is normal reaction readers are supposed to have because emotional conflicts and not agreeing with writer all the time are critical part of creating stories worth reading. Signed, a reader that whines sometimes but really doesn't want you to change
this is my end of the year plea to storytellers to STOP letting other people dictate your stories and your posts—readers are meant to be disappointed sometimes. they can misunderstand or disagree and that’s okay. reading is an emotional experience but pleasing everyone isn’t why stories are told

I'm pretty frustrated because I really want to play with @adeepindigo.bsky.social dental care mod but it makes my werewolves that would otherwise roam free in forest have to return because washing up at their headquarters doesn't count for teeth and I really don't want to place sink middle of forest

It's useful to remember that one cannot heal their hurts the same way they acquired them. Humans have tendency to try to "solve" and want to master their problems, but sometimes turning away and focusing on your number one duty, yourself, is exactly what you should be doing, especially if hurting.

I built another bunker to Moonwood mill to house all the official gallery werewolves and now I'm going to have a blast playing with them :) it felt most authentic to set that up as apartment with lot of collective space since I feel like they are supposed to live _in_ the forest for most part

My newest (tiny) mouse is in 2 weeks quarantine before it gets introduced to main cage. Since it doesn't have water bottle I gave it strawberry of it's size thinking it will provide some hydration for next 2 days. Next I wake up there is nothing but slightly strawberry coloured spot where ...
