fan of weird role playing games (ask me about the Brooklyn OSR Discord), cities, and the New York Mets. I live in Brooklyn
Tbh I want this kind of question for everyone who isn’t “I took composition classes” Brian Wilson. Guitar Moves kind of does it. Just as a totally non-intuitive musician I have so many questions about how people do it without being taught rules

manhattan permitting numbers are always funny because the answer to

"Since COVID, in absolute numbers, how much does one of the most in demand areas in America build?" is

"around as much as Omaha and way less than Columbus"

ok here’s a good one. The author says the 1890 Players’ League went against the “communist dogma” that capitalists can never be on the same side as the workers. Then a few pages later he explains how the investors sold out the Players for their own business interests.

another great tidbit in this chapter. In the 19th century teams would sometimes have to forfeit games that went into extra innings so they wouldn’t miss their train

Also every search results in 100s of bootleg shirts. I don’t think i’d feel bad getting like a bootleg Neil Young “On the Beach” shirt but experience has taught me these shirts disintegrate
