This cover artwork from Mario no Daibouken and All Night Nippon: Super Mario Bros. reminds me of the like, chapter illustrations for Dragon Ball.

I love this illustration so much

The vinyl cover for Mario no Daibouken; which was later edited to become the cover artwork for All Night Nippon: Super Mario Bros.

It features a group shot of Mario, Luigi, Peach, Bowser (King Koopa), Toad and a Koppa Troopa being driven out of a large castle in the background in a mushroom themed car by a Blooper.

Other enemies from the game can be seen around the car, such as a Goomba running out of the way, a Lakitu above the castle, a Bullet Bill being fired from a cannon on the castle's battlements and a Cheep Cheap flying to the left next to Mario.

Mario is holding up a Super Mushroom while Bowser is holding up a Piranha Plant. Peach is also holding up a star underneath Bowser while Luigi throws a peace sign with his right hand infront of the three of them.

Makoto Yukimura was worried that Vinland Saga's farming arc and "I have no enemies" moment was a gamble that readers wouldn't like. I told him about the J. Cole meme from the Kendrick Lamar and Drake rap beef. This is how he reacted.

If “I have no enemies” has become a meme and people remember it, then maybe people will understand what I’m really trying to say through the story, which is that humans are immature, but we can mature. To become mature is to become kind. This is the foundation of what I’m trying to say, but it really has to be much shorter for people to remember. But it does give me hope that people remember these short phrases as memes. Then, one day, it will click in their mind what I was trying to really say in the first place.
