One of my colleagues' father passed away on Monday night.
I got nothing when Dad died, not even a card. I didn't expect anything, but it's upsetting that they'd do it for someone else, but not me.

Spent a bit (a lot) of my recent time on Skomer photographing these stunning birds in flight...not easy (just like the Swallows) but eventually captured this head on image of an adult bringing a beak full of SandEels back to it's burrow...
