Ime, then (1) closer destinations and less distracted drivers are their conclusion. I'm for (1) in terms of walkable cities, housing, and (2) comes to a "How? Ban phones?"
At least we have a discussion, although, "winning" is not well-defined.

2. The dimensions: bigger single occupancy vehicles that add to congestion.
3. Damage to victims in collision. Eg High hood vehicles b/c they're more likely to kill their victims.
