It's simple, middlebrow melodrama at the core, so don't let it get overhyped for you, but I really enjoy what it's doing and I'm on track to get through all the main endings if not all 5.

i think in this day and age more should be made that a regular book shop in your town has out there on the shelf books about sex, abuse, hate, gay shit, graphic violence, that one hitler wrote etc, and they're all there on the shelf unlabelled and unsupervised and society has not collapsed
