I successfully was just like, "Okay cool" about the Rolling Stone best songs of the 2000s list until I realized that The Strokes' "Last Nite" was at 12 while Interpol didn't make the list at all.

I remember being a kid and thinking the scrambled porn channels were just bad soap operas and not getting why the adults in the room wanted me to change the channel so quick.

So far The Bride From Hades has been my favorite watch of our horror marathon. Late '60s peak Daiei studios retelling of an oft-adapted 17th century Japanese ghost story.

My other standouts are the underrated early '80s Miramax slasher The Burning, and my long-delayed viewing of Day of the Dead.
