one man was so angry bc my company’s location that services him was closed for a holiday (it was a canadian account so my office was working) and he wasn’t getting a delivery, and so he called our line like 20 something times just yelling and saying he was gonna keep calling us, i was number 18 lol

oh i’ve had people raving and ranting and cussing, and they’ll be like “i know it’s not your fault” well good then calm down 😂

today i asked a man the reason for wanting to close his account and he said “do you want the real reason or do you want me to be the nice guy?”
