I'm trying to get from point a to b and I keep getting lost. The FBI suspected Homan took bribes. So they set up a sting to see if he would take a 50k bribe, which he did. Which is literally a criminal act of wrongdoing. The FBI and DOJ reviewed the case and found no wrongdoing? Make that make sense
