No worries

You don't normally see it for the openers to be fair, it is normally used if there is a fall of wicket with 10 mins to go and it saves your number 3 or 4 coming out. Send out your tail-ender to try and survive, rather than risk a top order batter...

He came out as Nightwatchman last night when there was only 1 over to play, to protect the opener in tricky circumstances.
