Still one of my favourite "throwing big sweaty iron balls around" circuits. Would love to try this with half of my bw (50ish) but we only have a 40kg after this 32kg bell and the one after that jumps all the way up to 64kg and has a diameter and handle from hell.

Has been quite some time since I did 40kg dbells on the incline and my arthrosis did not flare up, form was fine too. Guess I am slowly getting ready for some strongman/highland training again.

Easing back into some strongman/highland stuff. 75kg slamball but it has been collecting moisture and gunk outside for months so actual weight is anyone's guess.

Also happy to report I still can bang out pushups on a whim.
