Naoto's actor, Shinji Kasahara, deserves nothing but praise for his performance. You don't wanna tell the guy to put on his big boy pants when he doesn't wanna fight, you sympathize, and it's thanks especially to it. This is hands down one of my favorite eps. #Timeranger

And I know, it's an old concept, even predating both Groundhog Day and 12:01 PM (There's a reason Deja Vu exists), but the main reason for the comparisons is how serious this ep took it. There was NO comedy here, you felt the bleak and hopeless in Naoto's situation. #timeranger
