I think I need to be the transexual in the room who points out that blocking testosterone and using estrogen instead has a massive effect on the body, and even more so if the person in question started blockers early and never had a testosterone driven puberty.

I mean that would be ideal but I don't think that happens without a civil war that ends with a 30-50%+ death rate which I'd like to avoid because that seems worse for everyone.
