Check out Epstein Files 1296-17 and 1332-16. It's the same document but one has trump's and other's names redacted, the other doesn't. Looks like they missed the second one.

Not a failure. It was intentional. Look at Larry Nassar or even Brett Kavanaugh. FBI has a history of protecting pedophiles and other sexual abusers.
