Page 11 Things seem to be getting fuzzier. Gustopher hugs me. I can hear his thoughts "I'm not a lone. I got Dad. I got Mewbert and Nougat." The fog seems to be going away and the world is becoming clearer again. "I got Grandma and Grandpa. I got all my friends." We're in Gustopher's bedroom. "Sometimes I feel hurt. But I know I'll feel happy again." Page 12 "IT'S CHRISTMAS!" Gustopher shouts all of sudden. It is? Was that all a dream? I have no idea. I just want to go back to sleep. Gustopher rushes to wake up his dad. "DAD! WAKE UP! IT'S CHRISTMAS! Oh!" Something catches his eye on an end table. It was a photo that fell out of the recipe book the night before. Gustopher picks it up and says "You're not here but... Merry Christmas, Mom." Back the yelling, "DAD! GET UP!" The photo is back on the table. It's a picture of Gustopher's parents. There's a heart with "CHRISTINE + AUGUST" written inside. Gustopher's dad is holding the hand of a woman who is holding up a key in her other hand. They stand in front of a purple door.

Happy New Year - Gator Days
Panel 1 Gustopher and Olivia are excited for New Year's Eve. Gustopher: My dad said I can stay up for New Year's Eve! Olivia: My mom said I can too! Panel 2 Gustopher holds up a bowl of chips that come in various colors. They're the best chips you will ever eat but you will never see them in a store. The only time you will ever find them are at one out of every seven parties you go to and you will never know who brought them. Gustopher: I'm going to try all the snacks! Olivia: I'm going to shout louder than anyone! Panel 3 Gustopher and Olivia: THIS WILL BE THE BEST NIGHT EVER! Panel 4 Time has passed and Gustopher and Olivia have passed out from exhaustion. They have spent all their energy being excited for New Year's Eve that they didn't save any to actually stay awake. Their parents have wrapped them in blankets to make sure they're extra cozy. Ember has snuck onto the couch between them and is digging through the snack bowl. The Adults: THREE... TWO... ONE... HAPPY NEW YEAR! Ember: My snack! Ember proceeds to eat what remains of the snacks and stays up for an additional three hours.

No Children (Part 3) - Gator Days Transcript Panel 1 August was called into work to take of an emergency and Iris is doing him a favor by letting his son wait in her office. Gustopher just learned that Iris doesn't have any kids and is curious about that. Iris has a cup of coffee in a mug that says "BOAR FACE". Gustopher got a can of something from the vending machine but it's slightly out of view. Foreshadowing is a literary device. Gustopher: I thought married people always had kids. Iris: Some don't want to kids. Panel 2 Iris looks away for a moment. She feels a momentary heaviness and continues. Iris: And some want kids but life doesn't work out that way. It's like... You're probably too young to understand. It's a complicated topic and Iris has a lot of complicated feelings about it. Panel 3 Gustopher just says the first thing that comes to his head. Gustopher: Like loving and missing someone you never get to meet. Iris: Kind of like that. Panel 4 Gustopher begins to dwell on the topic. Gustopher: That's not fair. Iris: Yeah... Let's watch cat videos. Cats help.

Transcript Panel 1 Hannah and Gustopher are playing some sort of board game. Hannah seems confident that victory belongs to her. Gustopher has not given up hope. Hannah: It's over Gustopher! I have the high ground. Gustopher: Not if I roll a two or a six. Panel 2 Hannah is not concerned. She continues to taunt Gustopher. Hannah: You're a fool if you think you can win. Gustopher: I know you are but what am I? Gustopher is not very good at banter. Panel 3 Olivia and Liam are also at the table. Olivia watches Hannah and Gustopher yell back and forth while Liam is occupied with a book. His book is called "Book: The Movie: The Novel". It's the novelization of the movie based on the hit book called book. It's garbage. In front of them is a board with various spaces that each have a word starting with the letter "F" on them. Spaces include Fear, Fork, Feast, Fight, Flip, and Flee. The pieces are all supposed to be things that start with "F" but the game developers really stretched it for some. They include a metal cat that's supposed to be a feline and a little metal cup that's supposed to be a full cup. Hannah: My strategy is unparalleled! Roll your last pathetic die! Gustopher: You're pathetic! Gustopher is still not very good at banter. Panel 4 Olivia is beginning to wonder if she's been forgotten. Liam is unbothered. Olivia: Did they forget we're also playing? Liam: I like it better this way.

About the music, Alisa Okehazama said that there's a song from a certain Digimon series she loves with a guitar sound.
So, in Digimon Beatbreak, she added that guitar sound to pay respect to it. She hopes fans will pay attention to the songs and notice that unique guitar sound.

I feel so scared and I dunno. Depressed nowadays. I feel like whenever I go on social media it makes it worse. But I also can't stop reading. I wish I could jump back into reading novels. I used to love to read. I used to love to do anything. But now I just feel like I only exist.

The producers pushing AI dubs are *absolutely* gonna try again. The tech will improve. It will be important for fans to make their voices heard when--not if--but *when* that happens.

As this video says, it'll be important for us to tell AI, "Stay in your lane."
