My hair is doing weird things. I'm growing it out, and it's at the "middle aged philosophy professor in every movie" length, but one side flairs out when it dries, and the other lays flat or curls in.

This article is horseshit. They try to argue Cox has tried to cross the partisan divide; one argument for it is that he endorsed the presidential nominee of his own party after criticizing him. It's like they haven't paid any attention to Cox since he announced his campaign for governor. 1/3
Cox, the second-term Republican governor of Utah, has made such efforts at depolarization the central theme of his governorship. As chair of the National Governors Association, his initiative - "Disagree Better" - focused on building cross-aisle collaboration with blue states. He partnered with Moore and other Democratic governors on solutions to issues from teenage social media use to housing. He is so seriously committed to the cause that after the Butler, Pennsylvania, assassination attempt last year, despite years of criticizing Trump, Cox endorsed him - committing to "help (Trump) try to lower the temperature in this country," Cox explained.

The most recent article you posted says nothing about admitting guilt or a judge ordering ABC to do anything. They agreed in the settlement to express regret. Not guilt.
According to the settlement, first reported by Fox News, ABC News must append an editor's note expressing "regret" to the online article in which Stephanopoulos' televised comments appear.
