I recently had one post get more engagement than normal and I think it was a good amount. Not too much that the jerks came after me, just enough to get me a little boost. I'm happy with it.

Was going to draw a new comic this year but when I learned Comic Genesis was down, it made me remember so many old webcomics I've read that aren't available any more. So, I've spent the last week archiving what I could find.

So, because of Australia's new rules I need to verify my age on here to even DM people. How do I do that? Giving them my driver's license or credit card. Yep, absolutely no way that could be a problem for me down the road.

Decided to take off two weeks at the start of the year to use my New Years optimism to get some stuff done... and I've barely done anything. Oh well, I'll get to it eventually.

For Christmas, I digitised a bunch of old videos from when me, my sister, and our cousins were young so my family could rewatch them. I've basically had them on a loop since I got them. We were all adorable.

They want the money and praise they think you get from being a writer, but don't want to put in any real effort.
I can't understand how "writing is my dream job" and "ugh, can't the robot do it?" coexist comfortably inside the same skull, but a lot of people live in cognitive dissonance.
