When you are private practice in a panel for outside lawyer for a government entity... you can not take a case (although that affects what other cases they will offer you). But its going to lead to billing a client with limitless funds and not paying attention - so there will be lots of yes
February 3, 2026 at 5:36 AM
They will probably just outsource it to private firm and ...
February 3, 2026 at 5:31 AM
But right now this is only on the high profile political bullshit - soon it will be happening on the normal DOJ litigation that the government normally engages in. They are going to be sanctioned and disciplined on those too.
February 3, 2026 at 5:29 AM
That why they keep getting sanctioned and having charges thrown out.

I think we all agree Indiana was a mistake and even if it wasn't bad from day 1 it went bad a very long time ago and we should have done something about it.
February 3, 2026 at 12:46 AM
They are happy to pay bribes and driven insane by the thought of paying taxes. I don't think the issue is the money leaving their pockets but the money being in the hands of democratic government.
February 3, 2026 at 12:12 AM
I do think the dissents and probing questions help shape the record for the future. Once in a while something shocks the conscience of 2 republicans on the court and the 3 liberals became useful.
February 3, 2026 at 12:03 AM
I used to have a price limit of $5 per lb and ... and I eat a lot of pork shoulder, sausage and chicken
February 2, 2026 at 11:59 PM
Yes for sure my meat consumption changes when my income became more supportive.

For years my cooking style was what can I make with this meat cut which was on sale and I don't know how to use it.

Yikes
February 2, 2026 at 11:52 PM
But the freezer lets me buy meat from farms in larger quantities and the quality and price are unmatched
February 2, 2026 at 11:50 PM
The power failure thing is a concern I have not yet experienced
February 2, 2026 at 11:49 PM
The chest freezer from Costco is essential when buying meat from Costco. Also get the vacuum sealing system.
