But right now this is only on the high profile political bullshit - soon it will be happening on the normal DOJ litigation that the government normally engages in. They are going to be sanctioned and disciplined on those too.

I think we all agree Indiana was a mistake and even if it wasn't bad from day 1 it went bad a very long time ago and we should have done something about it.

They are happy to pay bribes and driven insane by the thought of paying taxes. I don't think the issue is the money leaving their pockets but the money being in the hands of democratic government.

I do think the dissents and probing questions help shape the record for the future. Once in a while something shocks the conscience of 2 republicans on the court and the 3 liberals became useful.
