After everything I am coming to the conclusion the really important discourse is the popular culture one because having good (not necessarily interesting or unique) popular culture takes is the best proxy for good political takes.
Also why are these complaints not also valid for the 2004 Troy movie because Diane Kruger does not look Greek either

They are happy to pay bribes and driven insane by the thought of paying taxes. I don't think the issue is the money leaving their pockets but the money being in the hands of democratic government.

I do think the dissents and probing questions help shape the record for the future. Once in a while something shocks the conscience of 2 republicans on the court and the 3 liberals became useful.

Predicting that this week we’ll hear more conciliatory words from the Administration regarding Minnesota (since they’re starting to realize that ICE has become politically toxic) but everyone outside of Minnesota needs to know that nothing on the ground has changed.

Yes for sure my meat consumption changes when my income became more supportive.

For years my cooking style was what can I make with this meat cut which was on sale and I don't know how to use it.

The chest freezer from Costco is essential when buying meat from Costco. Also get the vacuum sealing system.

If anything we are closer to solidarity in 88 Poland than any of those protests

The big difference is that our problem is mostly domestic and not led by an occupation force and our population is mobilizing against the government. There isn't a large majority supporting the oppression of minorities - if anything the majority is standing in solidarity with the minorities.

Most of me experience is related to public entity (police departments, city government and universities) and this culture of dysfunction that makes selecting people who will engage in misconduct for employment and promotion is so alive in the public sector too.
