#Purrcy was playing excitedly in his box, so I stretched my phone over to see what he was playing with -- and it's a Forbidden Hair Tie, he *knows* he's not supposed to have those! I swapped it for a feather toy, less likely to get swallowed to disastrous effect.

Yeah, our previous cat Sneakers (picture is him at age ... many) was dumped in the fields next to our house at age 10 weeks, came to our door & yelled to be let in, that was it. *Clearly* knew only about living in a house. Humans suck, cats are great.
Sneakers, a tabby with four white paws and a very calm demeanor, rests on a bed while children line up dominoes down his back and wiggle their hands under his tummy.
