Excellent analysis and it's consistent with my military experience in CQB, and pursuit training, the bottom line is that the shooting wasn't justified and it comes down to "incompetence", poor judgement, and inherent biases in the individual, imo

The Epstein Files Transparency Act is a law, passed by Congress on November 19 with an overwhelming vote. Complying with it was not optional. The Department of Justice did not comply.

News: Gang of Eight in Congress were only notified about Trump's Venezuela operation after it began, source familiar tells me. That means the heads of the Intelligence Committees in Senate and House were *not* consulted. Just crazy.
