After a week of being pain free the steroid pack has ended. It was a glorious week. At least the worst of the pain was knocked down for now

I woke up today at 10:30am. Donated plasma at 12:30 and by 2:30pm I was back in bed taking a nap. A nap that lasted 6 hours. I guess the sleepless nights with back pain and the emotional stress of time with my ex at my daughter’s wedding finally caught up to me. I am going to go to bed soon, again
