I don’t think people quite understand that the occupation by ICE in the Twin Cities has more or less erased non-white people from public life. They cannot safely exist in any space accessible to the public and moving between private places leaves folks vulnerable to kidnapping by armed masked goons.

Get your iron level checked. Google iron deficiency and The Vajenda and an article with the recommended tests will come up. Low iron is common in perimenopause and it is a cause of RLS. And don’t accept a ferritin level of 25 as normal!
Restless Leg Syndrome. It showed up when I hit perimenopause. You have my sympathies. Sleepless nights are so frustrating.

Excellent. People make fun of how many protesters are white women over 60. That’s right, and all of us who are able to be in the streets should be. It’s an adult group at (by far) lowest risk for personal danger.
