this is an intrusive thought i had, please do not mistake it for a deeply held belief
it feels to me like a bad sign, vibes -wise that this team has lost kyle theige

the washington wizards know that the nba cup just means more

i'm sorry but i just don't think the wolves are going to fire their head coach who took them to back to back western conference finals when they hadn't been past the first round in 20 years because they had a couple bad losses in a season where they are technically on pace for 48 wins.
November 25, 2025 at 6:01 PM
i always forget that in the season where the warriors went 73-9 they didnt' actually have the best net rating in the nba

i am concerned that some of you might be experiencing emotions because of sports.

seeing some people say "and just to keep us all confused the wolves are going to beat the thunder tomorrow". and while i see where you are coming from i will just stake out my claim that i don't think that will happen.
November 25, 2025 at 2:53 PM
if you need a coach to call timeout to prevent you from throwing the ball directly to opposing players for no reason whatsoever i just don't think there's a coach in the world that's going to be able to help you
Kinda feel like I'm losing my mind.

Saw someone say "transition turnovers don't happen if Finch calls a timeout"

Transition turnovers should never happen! Ever!

Rotation complaints are valid, but I will fire a coach for assuming his players will take care of the basketball!
Idk y'all, the Wolves definitely have major motivation issues, but Finch didn't turn the ball over 17 times

at one point tonight jim pete mentioned the wolves having a "thin bench" and it made me go look up to see if the timberwolves had any injuries i'd forgotten about lol
November 25, 2025 at 5:58 AM
ok i don't want to be too mean but what did julius randle even do tonight?
November 25, 2025 at 5:55 AM
fact check: True
ok in all seriousness the wolves have gotten to a big enough lead in this game that i would officially be annoyed if they lost
November 25, 2025 at 5:53 AM
the wolves poor decision making is super natural. it is not something that can be fixed with coaching, practice or anything like that. it can only be fixed by chris finch returning The Amulet

wow they managed a 4th in the last 10 seconds. fucking incredible
this overtime period has had three different all-time dumbass moments for the wolves
November 25, 2025 at 5:49 AM
this has gotta be the most embarrassing loss the wolves have ever had to the sacramento kings
November 25, 2025 at 5:49 AM
i actually just feel like this with the team in general. i just don't think you should need a coach to tell you "hey don't throw it directly to the other team"
the end of quarter stuff is getting to the point where it’s so consistent i want to start thinking if finch is responsible but i just can’t imagine he’s at practice saying “okay and when there’s 10 seconds left i want you all to suck really badly. play like total numbskulls”
November 25, 2025 at 5:44 AM
the wolves started losing the lead and then just could not fucking chill
November 25, 2025 at 5:42 AM
LMAO
November 25, 2025 at 5:40 AM
another potential positive thing about this game is that there are many people who would argue that the path to enlightenment is through suffering.
you know i bet there are several kings fans in that crowd who are good people that have been having a hard week and decided to do something fun on a Monday and i'm glad that they are getting to have a fun night out
November 25, 2025 at 5:37 AM
lol. lmao.

that randle made free throw was so soothing lol
November 25, 2025 at 5:28 AM
okay this is a funny joke. this is a good bit.
November 25, 2025 at 5:26 AM
for me the story of the anthony edwards/julius randle era wolves is that they just keep winning most of their games in a way that makes me think they shouldn't be winning most of their games
November 25, 2025 at 5:22 AM
a little concerned with how small of a percentage of this game i have spent being impressed with the wolves
