@mikeygow.bsky.social talked about insomnia the other day. I'll recommend the same to you. Magnesium about an hour before bed. That and exercise during the day. 1 hard session of cardio or weights a day will help a lot too.

Magnesium. Dark leafy greens, tree nuts are packed with it. I take 1 of these about an hr. before bed. Try to avoid melatonin use, except occasionally, since it's a hormone and your body will begin to produce less as a result. Pair it with zinc for blood sugar balance. Hope that helps.
