Agreed that it is a real problem that we should be solving, but this is honestly just going to cause more problems than it solves

They are already looking at ways to detect when people put their cash into "money-like" funds in their S&S ISA, this will have a negative effect on investing confidence

That's not much of an alternative, just buying into Sky's ecosystem even more 😔

This assumes you aren't earning additional rate, which more and more people will be thanks to the frozen tax thresholds

I'm not surprised, this policy is absolutely idiotic and they are going to over-complicate ISAs just to fail at encouraging young people to invest.

They are already wondering how to forbid cash being held in an S&S ISA.
